Our Founder: Heroes Star was founded by Johnny Perez, a seasoned real estate broker with over 24 years of experience and a decade dedicated to serving military and veteran families. Throughout his career, Johnny has helped hundreds of active military and veterans achieve the dream of homeownership and has personally hosted over 550+ live VA homebuyer webinars nationwide, Authored a book titled “Mission Home” and developed a Certification for Real Estate Agents making him a leading voice in VA loan education and military real estate guidance.
