Why are home inspections important?
If you’re planning on buying or selling a house in the near future, it pays to have an inspection performed by a trusted home inspection company. At The Elite Group, their inspectors are trained and licensed to conduct thorough inspections of your home and property. For this purpose, they will evaluate every aspect of your home for its condition, quality, and safety. Since 1984, homeowners throughout California have used Elite Home Inspections detailed reports to make informed decisions about their homes. You can trust them to do the same for you!
Our Los Angeles inspection company to evaluate every part of your home and property, including:
- Roofing and gutters
- Home exterior
- Foundation
- Basement and crawl space
- Attic
- Heating and cooling systems
- Plumbing
- Electrical systems
- And more!
To clarify, when the inspection is complete, all of the findings will go into a report which we’ll promptly share with you to help you make sound decisions about real estate and home improvements.
What a Home Inspection Covers
Firstly, Inspectors vary in experience, ability, and thoroughness. A good inspector should examine certain home components. Following that, they will produce a report covering their findings. Secondly, the typical inspection lasts two to three hours. You should be present for the inspection to get a firsthand explanation of the inspector’s findings and ask questions. Thirdly and most importantly, any problems the inspector uncovers will make more sense if you see them in person. Don’t solely rely on the photos in the report.
